Villa Mentone Hotel, Shanklin

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had lovely big windows, including in the bathroom, offering a beautiful view. My balcony overlooked the wonderful scenery. The house manager and the entire staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay so pleasant. Everyone, from the reception desk to the kitchen, provided excellent service. The location, perched atop a hill above Shanklin bay, was simply breathtaking, with easy access to the beach and the town center. The dining experience was top-notch, served with a magnificent view and catering well even for vegans. The facilities were great overall, offering everything I needed for a perfect stay.
